OnePlace Delivery is a delivery app serving customers within a 15 km radius of Kozhinjampara, Palakkad. We currently focus on grocery delivery, with food, medicine, and other categories planned for future releases.

By using OnePlace Delivery, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Information We Collect

1. Personal Information

When you register and use OnePlace Delivery, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password
  • Delivery Address: Street address, locality, and pincode for delivery
  • Profile Information: Profile photo and preferences (optional)

2. Location Data

We collect your device location only to calculate delivery distance from Kozhinjampara, our service center, and to verify whether you are within our 15 km service radius. Location data is not used for tracking, advertising, or any purpose other than enabling delivery to your address.

  • Location is collected only when you grant permission
  • You can disable location access in your device settings at any time
  • Disabling location may prevent us from showing nearby stores or estimating delivery

3. Order and Transaction Data

  • Order History: Items ordered, order amounts, store details, delivery times
  • Payment Information: Payment method used (UPI, card, or cash). Card details and bank credentials are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways and never stored by us
  • Delivery Tracking: Order status, delivery partner location during active deliveries

4. Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, app version
  • Usage Data: Features accessed, search queries within the app, time spent, interactions
  • Notification Preferences: Push notification settings, SMS preferences

How We Use Your Information

  1. Provide Delivery Service: Process orders, calculate delivery distance from Kozhinjampara, assign delivery partners, and ship items to your address

Location Data — How We Use It

Important: Location data is used solely for delivery operations:

  • Calculating distance between your address and Kozhinjampara (our 15 km service hub)
  • Determining whether your address is eligible for delivery
  • Helping the delivery partner reach your location
  • Showing relevant nearby stores

We do not use your location for advertising, third-party tracking, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order. Location data of completed deliveries is retained only as long as needed for order history and service improvement.

  • Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access and performance
  • Data syncs between your device and our servers when connected to the internet

  • Access controls limiting employee access to authorized personnel only
  • Payment processing handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways

  1. Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with assigned delivery partners to complete the delivery
  2. Partner Stores: Order details (items, quantities, address) are shared with the local store fulfilling your order
  3. Payment Gateways: Payment information is processed by trusted third-party providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.) under their own privacy policies
  4. Service Providers: Trusted vendors (cloud hosting, analytics, SMS providers) bound by confidentiality agreements
  5. Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, court orders, or government regulations
  6. Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of XQ Tech Solutions, our users, or others
  7. Business Transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets (with prior notice)

Your Rights and Choices

Under Indian data protection norms, you have the right to:

Data Retention

  • Account and profile data is retained as long as your account is active

  • Upon account deletion request, personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
  • Backup data may persist for up to 90 days before complete removal

Children's Privacy

OnePlace Delivery is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately for removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by:
