Account & Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. To delete your OnePlace Delivery account and all associated information, contact us using either method below. Requests are processed within 30 days as required under Indian law.


Two Ways to Request Deletion

Please contact us from the email address or phone number registered with your OnePlace Delivery account so we can verify ownership.

Please include in your message

  • The email address registered with your account
  • The phone number linked to your account
  • A short note confirming you want your data deleted

What Happens Next

We verify your identity

We confirm the request is from the registered account holder to prevent unauthorized deletion.

We delete your personal data

Your profile, addresses, location data, search history, and saved preferences are permanently removed from our active systems.

Completed within 30 days

As required under Indian law, your request is fully processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp once complete.


What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
  • Saved addresses and location data
  • Search history and browsing patterns
  • Notification and communication preferences
  • Any other personal information linked to your account

What We May Retain

As required under Indian tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws, we may retain certain records for legally mandated periods (typically up to 7 years):

  • Order invoices and transaction records (for GST and accounting compliance)
  • Anonymized analytics data (no longer linked to your identity)
  • Records related to legal claims, disputes, or investigations

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account, order history, addresses, and any wallet balance or pending refunds.
